How can we as Christians balance truth and grace? I mean in the way we talk to ourself and how engage with others. Are our words emanating both truth and grace as Jesus did or are we hurting others in the pursuit of holiness? The way we share our faith matters! And I'm not talking about a watered-down version of faith, I'm talking about being less pharasee-ish and more Christ-like in such divisive times.

Shame is a deep internal experience that not only affects our relationship with God, but our relationships with others. Many therapy models address self-talk, but rarely do we look at the impact of that self-talk on how we relate to others. 

In coaching sessions and special speaking events, I speak on remorse, the role of shame in a biblical context, and provide strategies for mindful sharing our of faith. Together we can work on areas of forgiveness, strengthening relationships, and unlock the spiritual gifts you’ve been holding back.

Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, coaching is more present -> future-focused. Coaching is more focused on clarity and action. Let me provide you or your group with support and accountability to make this happen.
